Alvin C York Pharmacy Renovation and Expansion

This project involved the renovation of 8500 square feet of existing space for the expansion of the pharmacy and to update the pharmacy to comply with current codes and regulations. Satellite pharmacy services located in several buildings on campus needed to be combined with the larger outpatient pharmacy. This consolidation will allow for more efficient staffing and work flow. The existing pharmacy must remain operational 24/7. Design reduced phases to allow the least disruption to staff and the services they provide to inpatients and outpatients. The project became fast tracked to meet milestone dates that were moved up to secure stimulus funding.
