Antioch Middle School

This 123,750 square foot project involved renovations and additions to meet several design objectives. One of the major project goals was to create a cohesive aesthetic among the separate buildings and various additions that had spread across the site over the course of several decades. New entrances and connectors to link the individual buildings helped accomplish this goal. Also included were a modernized media center, new cafeteria and kitchen, and a new administration area. The building was completely upgraded for energy savings with new windows and HVAC and electrical systems. The project was certified LEED Silver by the U.S. Green Building Council
