Vanderbilt University Medical Center Belcourt Clinic

This project consisted of a 6,322 square foot build out of a new shell space for an outpatient clinic for Vanderbilt University Medical Center.  Mechanical systems included Variable Refrigerant Flow with dedicated outside air systems.
