Nashville Fire Department Station 3

This project consists of a multi-story building containing approximately 20,000 square feet. The building includes high-efficiency, variable refrigerant flow (VRF), HVAC system with supporting heat recovery ventilation air systems, electric vehicle charging stations, roof mounted solar systems, and LED site lighting. This building was submitted to USGBC for consideration and achieved a LEED Gold rating.

Porter Hospital

Located in north central Indiana, ninety minutes from downtown Chicago, Porter Hospital sits majestically on a 104 acre, heavily wooded site. This five-story, 460,000 square foot replacement hospital has become a point of interest in the northern suburbs of Valparaiso. The 225 bed facility boasts 10 operating rooms, a complete Emergency Department, as well as a fully equipped Imaging Department.

Ferguson Supply House

This project is a central supply house for Ferguson Enterprises, a nationally recognized plumbing wholesaler based in Newport News, VA.. The building contains over 100,000 square feet of warehouse space as well as approximately 17,000 square feet of Office, Customer Service Area, and Part Storage.

Lake Wales Cath Lab

This project added a 10,300 square foot Surgery Addition, with two major operating rooms and an extensive expansion of PACU, together with two Endoscopy rooms to the existing medical center complex.

Vanderbilt Zwiebel Lab

Details Include: -Survey, consultation, and abatement of asbestos containing materials (ACM) including air monitoring and bio-cleaning -Design of (4) new environmental growth rooms (EGR’s) capable of simulating natural habitat of subject mosquitoes -State-of-the-art arthropod containment level 1 (ACL-1) compliant lab was designed to facilitate future upgrade to ACL-2.

Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital Medical Tower II

A new, six story outpatient care facility and medical office building. This 165,000 square foot addition to an acute care facility includes a three story atrium, laboratory, and pharmacy. Infusion, hematology, and women’s care functions are also included.

Camp Courageous

This project is a summer camp-type environment for developmentally disabled individuals. The project includes 16 buildings, including an Arts Center, Pool-Gymnasium, Medical Residence, Medical Center, Lodge Buildings, Administration Building, Family Fun Center, Maintenance Building, Dining Hall, and Stables.

South Baldwin Patient Wing Addition

This project was an addition to the first floor of the existing South Baldwin Regional Medical Center and added 28 beds and approximately 20,000 sf to the facility. The area above the new construction area included an interstitial floor to house the mechanical equipment. An air cooled chiller and two gas fired boilers were added to support the new addition. These systems are independent from the Central Energy Plant (CEP).

Tennessee Labor Workforce Development Center

A new, free-standing, single story office building with approximately 23,000 gross square feet. Building houses multiple departments of the State and local agencies, including multiple multi-function class rooms, computer centers, job interviewing room, and a TOSHA (Tennessee Occupational Safety Administration) testing laboratory.

A Z Kelley Elementary School

A.Z. Kelley Elementary School was designed, engineered and constructed in a manner allowing utilization of the 75,000 square footage as state-of-the-art for students to fulfill their learning potential and to provide a safe, aesthetically-pleasing place for administration and staff to work. This project included: Six custom classrooms per grade for a student body of approximately 600. A modernized playroom, kitchen/cafeteria, library/media room and administrative area. Special oversized design to accommodate up to 800 students and to allow the addition of eight classrooms without disturbing the school’s infrastructure.
