Surgery Center of Plano

This project involved the design and construction administration of the 20,000 sqf ambulatory surgical center in Plano, Texas. Design included air side systems, hydronic chilled water, hydronic glycol systems for low-temperature operating rooms, and hydronic heating water systems. The design also included provisions for future expansion capabilities of systems.

Upper Peninsula Health System – Marquette

Approximately 500,000 sf greenfield hospital located in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. The facility includes a 205 bed tower, 14 operating rooms, emergency department, imaging department, clinical services building, and support services. In addition, the facility includes a central energy plant providing chilled water, steam, and other utilities to the hospital.

Johnston Medical Center Clayton

This project involves the construction of a new 100,000 SF addition to an existing 50,000 SF hospital, together with the renovation of an additional 20,000 SF. The project added 50 beds to the existing facility. This project included an expansion of the Central Energy Plant and retrofit of the existing air handling systems.

Phelps Memorial Health Center

This project involves the construction of a new 73,000 square foot addition to an existing hospital, together with the renovation of an additional 15,000 square feet.
