Ohio Hospital of Psychiatry Addition

This is a 48 bed addition to an existing behavioral health hospital in Columbus, Ohio. Project also includes new outpatient services and expansion to the existing kitchen. The site will also be reworked with a new loop road and property perimeter privacy fence for patient comfort.

Red River Hospital

This project involved the construction of a new 30,000 square foot behavioral health facility. The building included three stories of patient rooms, therapy, support services and recreational gymnasium.

Johnston Medical Center Clayton

This project involves the construction of a new 100,000 SF addition to an existing 50,000 SF hospital, together with the renovation of an additional 20,000 SF. The project added 50 beds to the existing facility. This project included an expansion of the Central Energy Plant and retrofit of the existing air handling systems.

Vanderbilt Health at One Hundred Oaks

The repurposing of a 450,000 square foot mall to provide an extremely user-friendly and convenient health center.

Peach Hospital

A new, six story outpatient care facility and medical office building. This 165,000 square foot addition to an acute care facility includes a three story atrium, laboratory, and pharmacy. Infusion, hematology, and women’s care functions are also included.

Phelps Memorial Health Center

This project involves the construction of a new 73,000 square foot addition to an existing hospital, together with the renovation of an additional 15,000 square feet.

Porter Hospital

Located in north central Indiana, ninety minutes from downtown Chicago, Porter Hospital sits majestically on a 104 acre, heavily wooded site. This five-story, 460,000 square foot replacement hospital has become a point of interest in the northern suburbs of Valparaiso. The 225 bed facility boasts 10 operating rooms, a complete Emergency Department, as well as a fully equipped Imaging Department.

Lake Wales Cath Lab

This project added a 10,300 square foot Surgery Addition, with two major operating rooms and an extensive expansion of PACU, together with two Endoscopy rooms to the existing medical center complex.

Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital Medical Tower II

A new, six story outpatient care facility and medical office building. This 165,000 square foot addition to an acute care facility includes a three story atrium, laboratory, and pharmacy. Infusion, hematology, and women’s care functions are also included.

South Baldwin Patient Wing Addition

This project was an addition to the first floor of the existing South Baldwin Regional Medical Center and added 28 beds and approximately 20,000 sf to the facility. The area above the new construction area included an interstitial floor to house the mechanical equipment. An air cooled chiller and two gas fired boilers were added to support the new addition. These systems are independent from the Central Energy Plant (CEP).
