Vanderbilt University Medical Center Stem Cell Processing

The project includes the renovation of approximately 1,600 square feet of the existing Stem Cell Processing laboratory. The renovation of the laboratory incorporates the specific needs of a GTP processing lab, and creates an open working environment to facilitate flexibility and interaction between lab-techs. The program includes a new wet-lab space with modular casework, a tech lab, office, entry, as well as a larger and more efficient cryo-storage room.

Nashville State Community College Administration and Support Building

This project involved the construction of a new 73,000 square foot building located on the main campus of Nashville State Community College. Spread over three floors, this square footage added theater, support space, and classrooms to the campus.

Highland Heights School

This project involves the renovation of and addition to the Highland Heights School in Nashville, Tennessee. The subject structure is a historical building, originally built in 1930. The 101,000 square foot building was renovated and updated to provide educational and recreational space for 900 students. Of particular note is the HVAC system which utilizes a Geothermal Earth-coupled system.

Antioch Middle School

This 123,750 square foot project involved renovations and additions to meet several design objectives. One of the major project goals was to create a cohesive aesthetic among the separate buildings and various additions that had spread across the site over the course of several decades. New entrances and connectors to link the individual buildings helped accomplish this goal. Also included were a modernized media center, new cafeteria and kitchen, and a new administration area. The building was completely upgraded for energy savings with new windows and HVAC and electrical systems. The project was certified LEED Silver by the U.S. Green Building Council.
