Vanderbilt University Math Building Renovation

The project includes the renovation of approximately 1,600 square feet of the existing Stem Cell Processing laboratory. The renovation of the laboratory incorporates the specific needs of a GTP processing lab, and creates an open working environment to facilitate flexibility and interaction between lab-techs. The program includes a new wet-lab space with modular casework, a tech lab, office, entry, as well as a larger and more efficient cryo-storage room.

Antioch Middle School

This 123,750 square foot project involved renovations and additions to meet several design objectives. One of the major project goals was to create a cohesive aesthetic among the separate buildings and various additions that had spread across the site over the course of several decades. New entrances and connectors to link the individual buildings helped accomplish this goal. Also included were a modernized media center, new cafeteria and kitchen, and a new administration area. The building was completely upgraded for energy savings with new windows and HVAC and electrical systems. The project was certified LEED Silver by the U.S. Green Building Council.

The project includes 16 buildings, including an Arts Center, Pool-Gymnasium, Medical Residence, Medical Center, Lodge Buildings, Administration Building, Family Fun Center, Maintenance Building, Dining Hall, and Stables.

A Z Kelley Elementary School

A.Z. Kelley Elementary School was designed, engineered and constructed in a manner allowing utilization of the 75,000 square footage as state-of-the-art for students to fulfill their learning potential and to provide a safe, aesthetically-pleasing place for administration and staff to work. This project included: Six custom classrooms per grade for a student body of approximately 600. A modernized playroom, kitchen/cafeteria, library/media room and administrative area. Special oversized design to accommodate up to 800 students and to allow the addition of eight classrooms without disturbing the school’s infrastructure.
