The building includes high-efficiency, variable refrigerant flow (VRF), HVAC system with supporting heat recovery ventilation air systems, electric vehicle charging stations, roof mounted solar systems, and LED site lighting. This building was submitted to USGBC for consideration and achieved a LEED Gold rating.
